            Warranty and return of goods

1. All goods bought at ubntstore.eu shop have manufacturer’s warranty!

2. You can order goods under guarantee in the system of ubntstore.eu shop with the help of your purchase orders.

3. The manufacturer’s warranty terms are not effective if:
- the goods’ guaranty seal or serial number is damaged or when the buyer has tried to fix it up himself/herself ;
- the goods were damaged by natural disaster (flood, storm, stroke of lightning, fire, earthquake);
- the goods were damaged because foreign bodies, liquids or insects got into the product;
- there were used non-standard power units, appliances and spare parts as well as raw materials that manufacturer had not certified to be used with some certain goods and it has caused damage to the goods;
- damage was caused by nonconformity of voltage, telecommunications and cable network with the manufacturer’s standards, severe change in temperature as well as other household and external factors (soot, smoke, dust, moisture);
4. Before you submit the goods for repairs take care of your data safety. Warranty service centres do not guarantee data preservation, therefore, you should have data duplicates.

5. Any buyer can cancel the Contract within 14 calendar days and return the goods to the seller if the goods do not correspond to the goods ordered by the buyer.

By starting to use the purchased goods buyer confirms that it corresponds to the ordered goods and the goods cannot be returned thereon.

6. The buyer’s right to refuse the goods is in force when the goods are returned in complete package, including original packing of the goods, and when the buyer shows purchase document, otherwise the return of goods will not be allowed.

7. The buyer’s right to refuse the goods does not refer to the goods that:

     -were delivered by courier service and had a scratch or some other mechanical damage unless it has been specified right after the receipt of goods. You have a right not to accept the goods in a damaged packing or goods that seem suspicious to you at the moment of delivery; 

      -have been used, had opened and had damaged packing.

8. To cancel your order you should write to our e-mail: info@ubntstore.eu. If your order has already been sent the commission price of return is 15% of the purchase value plus shipping costs.

            Delivery terms

1. Internet store www.ubntstore.eu accepts orders 24 hours a day!

2. Orders are processed from Monday to Friday till 1 p.m. CET. Orders that have been placed after 1 p.m. are processed till 1 p.m. CET the next day.

3. Goods are delivered by EMS courier mail and payment depends on the address of delivery, size and weight of your order.

4. Term of delivery depends on the country of delivery. Usually all orders are delivered within 2-7 working days.

5. Almost all parcels are given tracking code that can be used to track the parcel. Allocation of tracking code depends on the state of goods delivery.

            Procedure of payment

General terms

All prices of the shop are specified without VAT. When you make your order the system will automatically add VAT. If you are company with VAT nubmer, then all prices are with 0% rate.

Order gets approved for shipping only after the payment for the issued bill is received.

 Payment by internet bank or settle of the bill in the bank
Make sure you fill in all required data for purchase processing and ubntstore.eu system will automatically make the bill according to this data. Bill can be printed out immediately, it will also be sent to your e-mail specified in the order. When you make payment you have to specify the number of your bill. The goods will be delivered only after the whole sum of the bill is received at the bank account of Kusto Ltd. (ubntstore.eu). You should sign the invoice for the Goods at the moment of receiving the goods as a payment proof for the purchased goods.

Payment by PayPal system

To make payment by PayPal you must be registered with the PayPal system. You can receive detailed information about registration in PayPal system at www.paypal.com. Using this service you can pay with your credit or debit card. To make payment you should carefully fill in all data required for the purchase processing and ubntstore.eu system will automatically make a bill according to this data. After the order gets approved you will be redirected to the PayPal system where you may pay this bill immediately. After a successful transaction PayPal system will return you to the ubntstore.eu system.
